Albatross roofing did a fantastic job on my new euroshield 50-year guaranteed rubber roof. The end product looks fabulous and I feel very proud of my new roof. There is one more thing that makes Albatross Roofing heads and tails above ALL the other roofing companies. During the reroof an issue came up with the skylights – Most people know that skylights can be a pain in the behind – the owner Dallas immediately dispatched his top guy Scott and corrected the issue and even offered a monetary reduction for my inconvenience. THAT is the company you want to take care of all your roofing needs. One that does a fantastic job and stands behind their work ! Well done Dallas, Scott and Chris !
Let's begin with I have a tar and gravel roof, that started to leak a couple of months after we bought our home. We got quotes from several providers but each time, there was some problem with the quote provided. Be it in the solution or materials specified.Then we met Brayden. I immediately felt that after speaking with Brayden, I finally had a clear picture of what was happening with my roof. And what was required to completely do the job correctly. Given that, we decided to go with Albatross for our roof replacement, and I am very, very pleased with the results.The team that was assigned to our job, led by a gent named Scott, was prompt and very hard working. I work from home, and I noted that each day the team accomplished an amazing amount of work. To be honest, they had the whole job done in 4 DAYS. My wife and I were amazed relieved.The installation was very neatly done and we are very pleased with the results. Down to the final inspection, in which Brayden noticed a few little places that needed a little wipe to ensure it looks clean and brand new. As opposed to other quotes, they were able to provide us with new gutters as well.My opinion, and my experience with Brayden and Scott are that they are completely competent and you can trust them with your roofing project. We were, as first time home owners, very concerned that the job be done correctly and as I have mentioned, we could not be happier. Thanks guys!

I received quotes for my commercial flat roof (over 10,000 sq ft). A neighbor in area had albatross on their roof, I called neighbor, they said they were happy with quote and rep that presented it. I dealt with "Brayden" for quote. He was professional, all his promises were genuine, and they came true. I have the luxury of having a very good friend who owns a commercial roofing company in BC, I sent him my quotes, he said only Albatross quote chose high grade materials that he would suggest, and their price was very fair. The job is completed, I sent my friend photos of completed job, he commented on how they never "shorted" on any tasks and their job looked great. I tried to rate 4.5/5 (only because I never give out 5's), but it didn't accept a decimal and 4 would not be high enough for Albatross's rating. Good job and very good trustworthy guys.
Worked with Albatross on a couple jobs, did a great job on our commercial property roof. The team showed up early before we opened to minimize noise and impact on office hours, got everything done on time, kept the lot clean and communicated with us really well. And came in within agreed upon budget. Will definitely work with them again.
My flat roof on my garage was leaking and needed replacing. Albatross rates were very reasonable and the staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Brayden was absolutely fantastic to deal with so I decided to go ahead with Albatross. The crew that came out were also very knowledgeable, highly skilled, time efficient and very friendly. Their work was pure perfection. They really cared about doing the job right and the roof looks amazing. Way beyond my expectations. A big thank you to Brayden, Zak, Billy, and Dallas. We recently purchased our home and we are just in our first winter. We have an attached sunroom that started leaking during the winter. We contacted another company who came out and gave us a quote that was way outside our budget. We had just recently purchased a new furnace and that quote was way above even that. We decided to try another company and see what they said. Dallas came out the next day and his quote was significantly less than the previous company. We decided to go with Albatross roofing initially to save some money. We were blown away with how helpful and honest the crew was. Once they arrived to do the work they actually discovered the real issue with the roof and it had nothing to do with what the first company had said. They fixed that issue along with repairing the roof and they even kept the quote the same! If we had gone with that first company we would have spent thousands of more dollars and that wouldn't have even fixed the real issue. I can't praise this company enough and I look forward to having them over in the springtime to do a full roof inspection!
We recently moved into our new home, only to discover the roof was leaking as soon as the snow started to melt. Albatross did an amazing job, they came during the warmest day of the week and patched the roof up so quickly! They were knowledgeable and chatted with us about what they were doing throughout the day. Also, our dog loved them!
From the start, I found these folks to be very professional and easy to work with.They were quick to get me, what I found to be a very reasonable quote. Once that was out of the way, they got to my roof quickly and did a great job. Didn't tie up my yard for long and left without leaving any mess at all. I would highly recommend these people, and would use them again should I need to!

From the start of our contract to the finish was very pleasant. Emails were sent to keep us in the loop and up to date. The team was very friendly, efficient and clean. They were not bothered by our annoying dog and we’re done in good time as well. I would and did highly recommend them to anyone looking for new shingles on their roof. Their prices were well matched, even better than some in the community.
Called on Thursday morning to inquire about having the roof inspected and repaired as we had water coming down into our basement from the hot water tank exhaust vent. Dallas was great on the phone and offered to have a crew come out the same afternoon. After speaking with another roofing company prior to contacting Albatross, these guys were the real deal! The other company had told me no one could come out until fall which doesn’t do any good for a roof leak that’s happening now! Dallas had the crew out on Thursday afternoon same day of the call! Erik showed up and reviewed the issues happening on-site. I asked him to review the entire roof system and all vents and the side fascia. He was very honest and found the problem with the exhaust vent immediately and noted several other issues he saw on site which could lead to future problems (unsealed nails and screws, loose flashings etc.). I want to stop and mention that it was pouring rain outside and lightening / thunder booming overhead as he did this inspection on the roof!! He provided a temporary repair to seal the vent until a formal repair could be completed. I asked for an estimate and was going to be provided one over email. I figured I would be waiting a week or two for an estimate and repair. To my surprise Erik was calling me at 7:45am on Friday morning to come do the work!!!! I never received an estimate and he had Dallas immediately call me and discuss the very very fair pricing for the scope of work. Erik showed up ready with the materials to complete the repair on Friday morning (day after the temporary repair and inspection). This company really cares about their clients and definitely knows that roof leaks are not something that can wait! The explanation and the repairs completed were fantastic. Erik and his associate were very knowledgeable and their craftsmanship is superior. I have posted some photos below of the aftermath! The bill also didn’t break my bank account which was nice considering this was an unexpected expense out of pocket! I highly recommend you call Albatross for all of your roofing and flashing needs!!! One happy customer here! Kudos guys!!!
